Approach and techniques

In addition to modern hypnotherapy, I use and integrate various methods and techniques. It is tailor-made therapy and is based on scientific research and experience. Together we determine which techniques or treatment methods suit you best. Together we evaluate the effectiveness of the interventions and the progress of the therapy. Your vision on the complaint, your knowledge and experience are part of your therapetic process. 

I integrate techniques from the following approaches: relaxation and visualization exercises, working with personality parts, inner child work, regression, Emotional Freedom Therapy, focusing, timeline therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Therapy, Distraction Reprocessing Therapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Polyvagal (S. Porges, D. Dana)  and sensorymotor psychotherapy ( P. Odgen, J. Fisher, B. van der Kolk), narrative exposure therapy, systemic work and mindfulness.
